The king bed offered restful sleep and the room was cleaned thoroughly. the room included a balcony, providing fresh air and outdoor views. This helped to improve the overall experience. a larger safe accommodated tablets and laptops.

the hotel staff was consistently polite and helpful . the staff always smiled and seemed happy to assist customers. requests such as a later departure time were handled professionally and respectfully.

the pool was quite large with a shallow area suitable for children. many lounge chairs surrounded the pool. the bar provides drink service. the hotel grounds were well kept with meticulous trimming of the plants.

The pool seemed very nice. I found a sun lounge available each time. The breakfast did include decent options. I did notice it catered more towards Asian travelers, but it suited me fine.
The shower head was low which was annoying. It was over the bath. The buffet dinner on Nyepi day was very poor. The hot dishes were cold.
